Run your hotel by asking

Apaleo MCP Server

Apaleo is the open hospitality platform, and Apaleo MCP opens it to the AI clients your team already uses, like Claude and ChatGPT. Set it up in minutes, then run your hotel by asking.

Works with your existing Apaleo account · no new dashboard, no waiting

Your hotel, run through the assistant your team already knows.

Apaleo MCP is a server that opens the Apaleo API to AI clients like Claude and ChatGPT.

Anything the open API can do, your team can now do by asking: in plain language, inside the tool they already work in. No new dashboard, no migration, no SQL, no friction. Just a conversation with your live data.

Connect once.
Then just ask.

Three steps, a few minutes, and your live data shows up inside whichever assistant your team prefers. Freedom of choice, start to finish.

01

Add the connector

Drop the Apaleo MCP address into your assistant's connector settings, then sign in with your existing Apaleo account. It only gets the properties and scopes you grant.

02

Just ask

"Give me the morning briefing." "Is Room 402 free tonight?" "Extend Birgit's stay by a night." Plain language. The connector turns it into the right API calls.

03

Confirm & done

Reads come back instantly. Anything that changes live data is previewed first and waits for your yes, so nothing happens by surprise.

See it work.

Real examples of the Apaleo MCP server running live. We recorded these demos with Claude, and the connector works with any MCP client.

If the API can do it,
you can just ask.

The connector exposes the full Apaleo API through natural language. Reservations, rates, units, folios, reporting: the same operations your integrations use, now driven by a sentence instead of a screen.

Read & analyse

Ask your data a question.

Trends, anomalies and totals across reservations, rates and revenue, for one property or all of them, answered in plain language.

without your nod.

Move charges, extend stays, adjust rates, re-assign units. Every change is previewed and waits for your yes before it touches live data.

Bulk operations

Bulk work,
from a spreadsheet.

Hand it a file of rate updates or a group rooming list. It validates every row against the API, flags the problems, then applies the lot once you approve.

Your permissions.
Your call.

The connector works inside the access you already manage in Apaleo, and never acts on its own.

  • Scoped to your access

It only ever sees the properties and scopes you grant in Apaleo. Nothing beyond that.

  • Writes wait for you

Every change is previewed and needs your yes. Reading and analysing never change anything.

  • Ready for your DP review

Approve the clients your legal or data-protection team signs off before you go live.

Control who has access

We have added two new roles that let you decide who can access the MCP. Assign MCP Read or MCP Manage per teammate and per property in Apaleo user management.

Built on an open standard.

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to real tools. Apaleo speaks it natively: open doors with open tech, the same bet we've made since day one.

One open protocol

Any MCP-capable assistant works: the ones your team uses today, and the ones that arrive next year.

API-first platform

The connector runs on the same open Apaleo API your integrations already use. Nothing proprietary, nothing bolted on.

No vendor lock-in

Switch assistants, or run several side by side. You're never tied to a single AI vendor. Freedom of choice, all the way down.

The freedom
to just ask.

Open Apaleo to your AI assistant. A few minutes to set up, and tomorrow's morning briefing is waiting for you.
